"Now that the Countryside March , on the 18th March, has been postponed; Would it be too cynical to suggest our urban Government has successfully eliminated it's imminent pre-election disaster ?????"

How about stark raving ridiculous instead?

a) The election might be postponed aswell - OFFICIAL! see http://www.bbc.co.uk/news

b) They're postponing the March until May in any case

c)The term "successfully eliminated" is tantamount to suggesting that the government actually planted the virus. Go on, tell me you really believe that!

ELECTION DATE DOUBT
The foot and mouth outbreak could delay the General Election until the autumn, a former Government minister has warned. An 18th case of the disease has been confirmed.

If you go over to the Suzie board, they're already seriously touting this theory, be careful though, Dave May got banned yesterday for having a bit of fun and I've had a yellow card for using the word neanderthal. Susie, on the other hand, has free rein to slander any Labour MP she chooses.

a) Objective sorted. Much too risky at the moment with all their corruption and lies with his un elected
Lordy M8's. However it could possibly work in our favour, for reasons I will not disclose.
b) FORCED postponement.
c) Why ever not ?? Can you 100% rule out that possibility ? I wouldn't put anything past this Gov and how low they can stoop ( invite them onto your board you'll have loads in common ) Got the Farmers &
Hauliers in one go. Nice Move !!??

Also adding :
d) It was NOT a Sun columnist, it was a letter from
general Joe public, having the guts to write what a lot of people, yes, think and believe.
e) Sorry couldn't spell "cynical" I obviously havn't had as much practice as you and your "mob"
f) The channel 4 Documentary has ben re scheduled for
12th March 2x 1hr back to back, which was also timed
for a purpose, so if that too has now been postponed,
ring the production company for info.
g) Robert, be MAN enough to admit you got a YELLOW RIBBON and not a card. So, she's got you lot sorted,
ref : the Suzie board ??

Suzie, get yourself over here to the intelligent board & leave that lot to suck contaminated eggs.

LESSTAXONFUEL for all
B Liar OUT

Susie doesn't need to sort anyone out, she's got Mark and James McCartney to weed out any posts that don't agree with her, a typical Tory, in fact. Can't let the prols join the debate!!!

Wow, you take my breath away! That goes way beyond cynicism mercedes, way, way beyond.

By the way, Simon Heffer, the right wing Daily Mail columnist, also tactfully suggested in Saturday's edition that the F&M crisis would benifit the government (because of the likelihood that the March would be cancelled).

But why do you and your "cynical" friends think 500,000 people supporting an unfocused and unclear range of Countryside issues (brought together by the Pro-Hunt lobby) attempting to bring central London to a standstill will damage the government?

Do you hope it will? Is that the intention?
