Even in the U.K the interest rate policy suites better the south of England, but rates are still too high to fuel leveraged growth and investment in the North and in Scotland.
With high regulation and business taxes moribund economic growth rates in Western Europe favor lower rates, but the inflationary growth rates in Ireland and Southern Europe require higher rates. Who do you think the ECB (European central bank) will favor? The bigger economies of France and Germany, and hence the ECOFN have lambasted Ireland for the audacity to achieve expansionary economic growth and prosperity, as apposed to stagnant growth and high unemployment Europe-so much for Ireland’s sovereignty, looks what could be install for us!
Another twist in this one-rate fit all policy is that France is suffering from stagflation, stagnant or reduced output and inflation thus may require higher rates, were Germany is in recession and needs the stimulation of lower rates-the fight is about to begin!
Entering the Euro, or Euro-Rubble if you prefer, represents an irreversible loss of sovereignty to the UK, we are locked in forever. It would never be possible for us to re-launch sterling again, our gold reserves gone, sold at a historic low, the costs for new sterling would be in the hundreds of billions and ruinous.
So funkiiprez it is not for your benefit that I explain the overwhelming arguments against the Euro but for those you may mislead. You however are a real LITTLE ENGLANDER, THINKING SO SMALL SO PROVINCAIL. The tiny little mind that wants us; the enduring British people with a currency that has held it’s own for a millennium, to surrender all as we can not survive with out accepting a drowning currency, this beggars all belief.
Sterling is a currency traded the world over which has maintained a constant value through war and famine and is as old as the hills itself. The loss of sterling would mean the relinquishment of a vital tool in protecting our prosperity. It is true we cannot control the weather but one may don a coat, or doff it as the weather directs, this is much more preferable to Euro-babble stupidity of shivering or perspiring or even sitting in the dark-which their economist often do. An independent currency is how we insulate ourselves from externalities we have no control over. This icon we be gone forever, and our nation will be chaff in the wind, blown at the total whim of the wind.
So for all you Euro philes or folk on the fence here are some facts the blairs and funki junkies don’t want you to know,

This tiny country is running rings round the USA, and has kept its own currency, its own voice, its own fishing fleet, makes its own laws, control’s its own borders, elects its own parliament, and its own military-all this progress as a free and independent nation, and Europe still has 19 million unemployed, stagnant growth rates (except U.K and Ireland), and Canada, is now the greatest place in the world to live( see OECD ‘Best Places To live’)

World oil is priced in US dollars, and the dollar being the most widely accepted currency makes more sense over this sinister currency. However the Euro has represented a wonderful red herring for blair, the nation of apathetic and ignorant voters are fixated on the Euro, while other EU laws are brought through the back door. Three quarters of political issues our democratically elected parliament has no control over, including the fuel tax (tax harmonization) to trial by jury (habeas corpus), which is being replaced by corpus jorus (no jury tarsal guilty before being proven innocent).
So ask your selves one question about this tyranny which is being impose on you by blair and Brussels, and this question is symptomatic of all of EU view on peoples right and democracy:
Which is better: the Bank of England must respond in 6 days with its reasoning behind interest rate adjustment, the ECB (EU central Bank) must respond in sixteen years.
