Strangely enough, the whole trailer gave me a very Lainish feel, mixed with a hint of Soultaker...go figure.
But that fish reminds me of...

...that fish that appears in a scene with Dhomochevsky in Blame#7, and also makes the back cover of Blame#8. I don't know what the hell it's purpose was in the storyline, as 7 hasn't yet been translated, but I wish that the fish had gotten a little less screentime in favor of good 'ol Killy.
On a side note, any theories on how deeply into the storyline this movie will delve? I doubt it's only log 1, seeing as that's barely enough for a 30 minute episode, and this thing is being called a movie...
*sigh* I don't imagine we'll be lucky enough to see Sanakan in it though...
