However, if you download it w/o going through the blame website, then that version won't have the automatic link to the Blame episode...or something. Instead of saving a file called GetMediaInstallerWithBlame, you'll get a file called GetMediaInstaller. If that's the case, then I think you need to go back to blamenet.com and look for the AddInBlame file, which I believe is right under the link that you use to download GetMedia w/ the Blame addin already in it.
