In the issue after that, Killy hooks up his cable things to that wounded soldier (is it a he or a she?) to see a video recording of the assault there. There's a shot of the kid in one of those panels, tearing up soldiers.

I think he was doing what Sanakan was, infiltrating some human group as one of their own, and suddenly ambushing them. Sanakan as a kid's strong enough to slice off the arm of the soldier that was tousling her hair. Guessing there was no need to transform, since those soldiers didn't have any weapons strong enough to kill a safeguard (Sanakan had those arrow guns and Killy to deal with)

Wonder if that safeguard's the same rank as Sanakan... good thing Killy left that floor a long while back, or he'd have been toast he couldn't regenerate from.
