...that Killy has reached the top of the City? Obviously there is an atmosphere up there and the Silicon Lifeform he runs across is trying to discern something through that scanner but I really think this may actually be the top. Either that or it is still ambiguous and that is what the SL Killy runs into is trying to find out if it is indeed the top or just a VERY big cavern. I find the little AI Killy has on the necklace funny, especially when it tries to kill him. Next time we see it, Killy has wrapped some tape around it so it will not try that again.
This story is the last one to appear in Volume 9 and I was screaming in frustration last night when I read it for the first time.
