Well, depends

It really depends on who happens to grab a copy of Afternoon, and who has the time and webspace to scan and put it up. Most of us here I'm thinking don't have ready access to a Kinokuniya or subscribe to it, and since it'll all be collected into tankouban format anyway, that's just what KruM and I wait for.
