In Killy's world, the personality (emotion included i think) of an individual can be separated from his / her physical existence, saved into a back-up storage and downloaded into another artificial body.
If our definition of "human" is someone who got a "human body", then Killy and Cibo are no longer human.
i believe that at least part (if not all) of Killy's emotion can also be separated from his body. If this is correct, then he still got human emotion, since he was definitely a human before.
