Davinelu = shortform of Davinelulivega (he is the very tall silicon-lifeform and obviously the head of Pcell, Schiff & Blon)
The Guy walking in the river = is davenilulinvega who looks like "SEU", because he (Davenilu) has stolen the small data-pill, cibo got from "MENSARB" shortly before the Toha Industries gets destroyed. Davenilu wants to establish connection with the netsphere (but I don't know why, it seems the silicon-lifeforms have a similar goal like the humans....not sure).
