Sanakan wasn't really with the Safeguard anymore when she did that, just like Killy really hasn't been on the Safeguard's side for probably a few hundred or thousand years. Like I said before, it's just a job. Not everyone gets brainwashed. Haven't you ever had a job you hated?
And yes, I agree Killy is very much a cyborg. I'm confused as to what definition of the term one could possible have in order to disagree.
