Where are all the products?

I saw in this web;

t-shirts, posters, dvds and so on, but in the artbook Blame_and_so_on, i saw t-shirts designs that isnīt exist in this web, so, does this designs really exists?
and if yes, why they arenīt in the official page of Blame!?
