Damn, this turn was quite unexpected. Good chapter. My main question would be, whether the callsign "Sanakan" is just a classification of fighting equipment/attire or is it an existing personality. In other words, is this the Sanakan we know (who still has some open business with Killy), or is it the government lady with a "Sanakan-type fighting gear" and her personality intact?

Can't wait till Killy joins the fun. ^^ BTW did anyone else think, that Killy should sport the same look as Dhomochevsky and tape his closed eye?

The new army seems to be rather dangerous...notice that the swords they have seem identical to the one wielded by Susonu Mutsubi in "Noise". Though that sword was of Safeguard origin, they could still be Silicon Life, as the skull mask looks very similar to Schiff's from Volume 7-8. As to the whole Sanakan deal...I have plenty of theories, but a nice translation koffKNkoff would put all doubts to rest. Or most of them. Alright, some of them...we all know how Nihei is.

The girl's new Battlesuit seems to be of the same type as the one of sanakan, but she and sanakan still don't seem to be the same person. Their faces look different, but it can also be just imagination. I'm really curious about how killy and the girl want to defeat that new silicon army. I first thought their weapons and shields are of the same type as that of Pcell in Volume 7/8, but they really do look more like the safeguard-technology from Noise.

They are waaaaay too strong O______O; How can those guys possibly be defeatet T__T hugs killy. And I wonder what new abilities cibo has developed in the meantime!!!

So I guess government lady really IS Sanakan then? For having done such a fantastic job with the conquest of Toha, she got bounced into administrative work for the Netsphere Government. And having screwed up the L9 assignment, looks like she's out of career options...

Now what I don't get is how badass ruthless she was back in Vol.3, but now she seems rather...nice. Yes, nice like Mary Poppins...she even gave Chibi-Cibo her coat! That isn't something that an ice-cold Safeguard destroyer does...
I bet those many many years of having her body jacked by Cibo softened up her emotional side...might explain why she's so...tender towards her now.

I didn't see the connection between the Government Lady and Sanakan until KN translated that, but I know you just miss the old ruthless Sanakan, Jae, so I'm curious what her personality is like in this version. I'm hoping for something in the middle, a ruthless Mary Poppins maybe? (That's actually a frightening image.) And when Killy eventually reunites with her and Cibo...whoa...

Nice theory. I didn't even think of the possibility that the Government Lady really is the Sanakan we know from Toha, who maybe just got transfered to another assignment. Can't wait see what happens, if she and Killy meet each other. ^^

What do they mean by "a level 9" ? Is that what Cibo is? (Sorry for my ignorance as I'm currently only up to date with the Omanga scans)
