Failing that use the directconnect (DC++) swarming application and hit some manga hubs to find it yourself.

Biomega is supposed to be done by omanga.net but it was down last time I checked. It's the latest work by Nihei and bears a close resemblance to Blame. I managed to get a copy from the Evil Genius scanslation group here: http://evanidus.ath.cx:7421/.

These are six (seven) short videos with fragments of Killy's memories, done by a fan group (AFAIK). They're semi-animated, and give a good mood to the series, but don't explain anything and would be familiar to anyone who has read the manga. A good try, but nothing spectacular. Don't get your hopes up, this isn't an OVA by any means.
