NASA are already saying, "But we don't have any spare parts or anything for another shuttle."
BUT as you say, there is the Enterprise, and although using it in its current condition would be impossible (it would be somewhat heavier than the other shuttles for a start) it could certainly be stripped and used to help build a new shuttle - which could also be called Enterprise.
