Politics everywhere is just the same. Morons come up with indefensible policies, dend them with illogic, and manage to gain a scant majority of voters in their constituency. And don't forget about the corruption. There's always money in it.
This, of course, describes Bush's War, with the kickbacks naturally flowing in the form of black gold stock...
But in Minot, North Dakota, public tax dollars are wasted buying buildings for companies that will pay slave wages to workers -- and of course kickbacks to the mayor through interest buy-downs that go straight into his bank's pockets.
Damned Politicians.
