What always took me out of the reality of Buffy was the sight of her running - in the ep where she arrives too late to save Kendra the other Vampire Slayer who was created when Buffy died (but then came back too life) - see I know my Buffy lore. Cos then Faith was created with Kendra;s death and you have 2 slayers - unless any1 else has a near-death experience... there's not a whole lot of logic going on here when you come to think abou it.
Anyway... that chick from Alias. Now she can run.
