I think that Fatherland and The Man in the High Castle pretty well covered all the bases on the Nazis winning. I guess the difference was that the USA was still around in Fatherland.

It is possible that the Japanese could have held the Northern Territory, parts of Western Australia and North Queensland after the war - if we are looking at the possibility that the US didn't enter the war, or only came in late. If there had been some kind of stand -off - like in Fatherland - Germany and the USA have signed a peace treaty and then the question is what would Germany do in Asia and the Pacific? The Japanese might find the Germans muscling in on their territory. A little bit like what is happening in the USA in Man in the High Castle.
