Here's exactly what you do. Put the eggs in the pan, no water, just eggs. Then boil hot water in the coffee jug. When all that is ready, pour the hot water slowly into the pan. Be careful not to hit the eggs directly - they explode. Then put it on a hot plate - EXACTLY 6 minutes later, run an egg under cold water, knock the top off and scoop out the most spectacular energy food that ever was.
