How long has it been?

Since some1 just posted a useless post, with nothing to say, for no reason at all? I'm talking the posts that didn;'t try to justify themselves with some important title, or some amazing revelation - but was just ok taking up a line cos it didn't really matter.

But let's not get a-loof. Wouldn't have bothered posting meself but on sci-fi wire they're reporting that Trek 11s getting the go-ahead - and they have a basic concept, the Federation is to fall, and Picard is to be the instigator - and Riker and the Titan will seek help from the Sisko who'll return from the Prophets and help save the fleet - and Earth, and pass on wisdom to enable humanity to shape it's own future.

Actually that's quite good, so I can't be arsed.
