What is this Emo? Is this a new slang term? I looked it up in Wiki and an emu came up. That was without typing a damn word. Sometimes I think i'm creating this universe as i go along.

Basically these things were Laboratories where they test Mind Control and Psych Warfare Techniques such as Subliminal Sounds. Remember when they played "These Boots are Made for walking" over and over in Waco, or Barney the Dinosaur In Iraq? Subliminal Sounds.
This isnt in the TMWSAG but I think the Phenomena in "The Mothman Prophesies" is a similar thing. So too The Heavens Gate Cult.
