Man jailed over religious scam
TAMPA, Florida USA
A former church accountant has been sentenced to 19 years in prison for his role in a scam that promised religious fundamentalist Christians that God would double their money. Greater Ministries International elder David Whitfield helped a federal prisoner escape to Mexico and, with the inmate's help, hid $US2.6 million ($A5 million) in banks there. Some of the money was spent on the church's plan to buy a Caribbean island, arm it and declare it a sovereign nation. The church made its sales pitch to Mennonite, Amish and Christian fundamentalists nationwide and took in hundreds of millions of dollars in cash.
Director-producer Jan de Bont (SPEED, TWISTER, THE HAUNTING) is teaming with writer-producer John Pogue (U.S. MARSHALS) to develop an action-drama concept for the ABC TV network called DARWIN'S BLADE.
Based on the novel of the same name by Dan Simmons, focuses on Dr. Darwin Minor, an expert in the unusual field of accident investigations. In the book, while on a case, Minor finds himself in danger of being killed himself, forcing him to bring his technical and scientific skills to the fore to solve this mystery.
De Bont will direct a first film with a script by Pogue, in a deal that suggests more films could follow.
While talking to the Hollywood Reporter, the director spoke of the project, saying, "I have always been fascinated by physics, and through Darwin's stories we will get to see how simple logic and an unstoppable drive can explain even the most mystifying of occurrences. Each story will re-create thrilling action, and we'll have the opportunity to dissect it through Darwin's eyes."
Actually, i always thought they were singing the names of the characters. Qui-gooooooooon, Yo-daaaaaaa, An-eeeeeeeeeeee, Yo-daaaaaaaaaa... you get the idea!

...Like Berman and Braga are not going to be giving up trek any time soon, And rather than start accepting script submissions, they'll screw hard working writers and thinkers out of ideas.
I don't trust it! If ideas are used, looks like there's nothing anyone can but sit back and watch Berman get even fatter.

Some trek magazine trying to whip up some facile interest in matters trek. Like a parasite which sucks blood so that the body responds with antibodies which atack the immune system, this publication is a pain in the arse, just like those long stringy worms that live in the arse.
Cut out the arse, cut out the poison.

Ah Kirk! No unfortunatly I can't remember what Flabi was right about - can't remember at all. He was probably cussing himself, and I was probably saying that they were the truest words he's ever said, that he was an inert dumbfuck or something. I'm joking!
An interesting site though - and I'm always gratified when ppl ask my opinion about anything... so, I guess they've just about about managed to cut all the embarassing stuff out haven't they. Spock's 'Hold your horses Captain' - I've never understood how that managed to make it through. Or mindmelding with a horse... and what does the rider just get mindmelded along with it? Or does he think he should fall off stupidly, now he doesn't have a horse, and the only advantage he has left is his woophing big gun?
But it#'s kinda cheap to make all these cheap points like this - so what's with Spock floating down the tube eh? He lets the other 2 go climbing while he finds an easier and faster way up - then he puts on his thruster boots and floats down to them and ... um where's the logic in that?
Trouble is, once you've got rid of all the tack, what do you have left? A philisophical musing on the existance of God and the meaning of the Universe?? They're going to fuck upthe only good thinga bout that film - the score! But um good luck to them all the same, at least they've got the right attitude.
Q said that...
Okay that movie was mostly boring. The bookends were great though. Excluding the Romulan senate scene which could have been out of a star Wars movie. The last scene with B4, and the Picard stuff at the end was great.. and Picard ramming into the Romulan battleship, and Picard in his ready room and the look on Picards face whenever he confronts shinzon, and the final encounter with shinzon when Picard flips out... All this stuff is good.
Everything every other character does is not so good..
I just saw it last week. DS9 is great.. Im seeing these for the first time. because I listened to people tell me it was Melrose Place in Space... Good for them. This series is excelent. and unlike you I dont have to suffer the current trek drought....
I would reccommend terminator 3 by the way.. because its great and also because it has to do well so Arnold doesnt become Governor of California... Im not sure he knows what the hell hes doing.. atleast Id rather believe that my childhood screen hero isnt naturally Republican.. Apparently hes pro Welfare, Gay rights and Abortion, hence my belief that he doesnt know what hes doing. Btw.. See this movie if you havent already. http://www.chud.com/chudvd/reviews/once.php3 released here Aug 6
Does anyone know that New Zealand movie where soldiers rob a bank and land in a cornfield where they are killed by scarecrows? I think it has scarecrow or cornfield or something in the title.
Al Gore equals the devil's servant in 6 easy steps.
by Mark Seely
Al Gore equals the devil's servant in 6 easy steps.
(1) Eleven lines of dialogue from the movie "2001: A Space Odyssey"
B = "BOWMAN"
H = "HAL"
H: I think you know what the problem is just as well as I do.
B: What are you talking about, HAL?
H: This mission is too important for me to allow you to jeopardize it.
B: I don't know what you're talking about, HAL.
H: I know that you and Frank were planning to disconnect me, and I'm afraid that's something I cannot allow to happen.
B: Where the hell'd you get that idea, HAL?
H: Dave, although you took very thorough precautions in the pod, against my hearing you, I could see your lips move.
B: All right, HAL, I'll go in through the emergency airlock.
H: Without your space helmet, Dave, you're going to find that rather difficult.
B: HAL, I won't argue with you anymore. Open the doors.
H: Dave, this conversation can serve no purpose anymore. Goodbye.
(2) Alphabetical value of each line of dialogue ("A" = 1, "B" = 2, "C" = 3, etc., through "Z" = 26)
(3) Difference between left and right sides of center line (line "315")
For "Bowman": (520 + 480) - (415 + 291) = 294
(4) Convert using the moon orbit/moon phase ratio
A moon orbit period = 27.32166 days
A moon phase period = 29.53059 days
For "Bowman": 294 x moon orbit period / moon phase period = 272.0084
(5) Calculate forward in time from Al Gore's concession speech to George W. Bush on national TV, December 13, 2000, 9:00 PM
Al Gore concession speech + 272.0084 days = September 11, 2001, 10:12 PM
(6) Result
September 11, 2001, 10:12 PM: is 666 minutes after the average time of day of the five main events of the World Trade Center destruction (the 2 plane crashes and the 3 building collapses), 11:06 AM. And 11:06 AM is itself 666 minutes into the day of September 11. (The times of the 2 plane crashes and the 3 building collapses as reported by the Washington Post are 8:46 AM, 9:02 AM, 9:50 AM, 10:29 AM, and 5:25 PM.)
Finale
Al Gore next appears on the national scene when he makes his "return to politics" on February 2, 2002, which is 19,666 days since his birth. This is widely reported in the news on February 3, 2002, which is exactly 666 moon phases since his birth.
Therefore Al Gore is the devil's servant.

Is "Star Trek" simply a silly TV show, or is it a coded channel for deadly cultists?
July 14 and 15, 2003
Mark Seely
Since the days of September 11, 2001, I have become aware that numerical codes are hidden in the various TV shows that call themselves "Star Trek."
I started looking into pop culture as a whole after 9-11, because I thought that something strange was going on in America. Something that is not explained by the "stories" that the news people put out.
The last "Star Trek" series to air pre 9-11 was "Star Trek: Voyager," which went off the air on May 23, 2001. This was 111 days before 9-11, which I found striking in the days after 9-11, not least of which because 9-11 itself is 111 days before the end of the year.
Then I find that the first "Star Trek" series, which premiered way back in 1966, also shows an interesting numerical property. It premiered on September 8, 1966, and if we follow the orbit of the moon starting on this date, we arrive with the moon at the same position at 666 minutes before September 11, 2001. Coincidence? Perhaps not, seeing that the average time of day of the five main events of the World Trade Center destruction on September 11--the two airplane crashes and the three building collapses--was 11:06 AM, 666 minutes into the day, according to the Washington Post.
The next "Star Trek" series to air on TV, entitled "Enterprise," began only a few weeks after September 11, on September 26, 2001. According to the show, it is set in the year 2151, which is the jewish year 5911. Strange coincidence?
Perhaps not, judging by "Star Trek: Voyager." It seems that in 1997 the makers of "Voyager" were intent on making references to the "Jack the Ripper" killings that happened 109 years earlier in 1888. They produced a couple of episodes in 1997 entitled "Scorpion, Part I," and "Scorpion, Part II." The word "Scorpion" adds up to the number 109 alphabetically (with "A" = 1, "B = 2, "C" = 3, etc., through "Z" = 26.)
I had already been clued in to the fact that the death of Princess Diana on August 31, 1997 happened on the 109th anniversary of the first reported killing attributed to "Jack the Ripper" in 1888. What I discovered on my own is that the princess' maiden name, "Diana Spencer," also adds up to 109 alphabetically. (This suggests to me that it is possible that her parents gave her this name for numerological reasons.)
Now here comes the really strange part. The "Star Trek" episodes named "Scorpion" were about a new alien species that was just discovered, called "species 8472." Knowing that numbers in "Star Trek" are there for a reason, I looked into the number 8472, and I found that when this number is multiplied by 0.66666... (or in other words by 2/3), the result is 5648, and 5648 is the jewish year equivalent to the year 1888, the year of "Jack the Ripper," which again is 109 years prior to the year that these "Star Trek" episodes aired.
Part 1 of "Scorpion" aired on May 21, 1997, and Part 2 aired on September 3, 1997, which was 3 days after the death of Princess Diana, and 2 days before the death of Mother Teresa on September 5. So "Scorpion, Part II" forms a cross between Diana and Mother Teresa, coming 6/10 of the way between the two deaths (or perhaps exactly 0.666666..., or 2/3, of the way). I have previously considered the possibility that both women were purposely killed, and that the explanations given for their deaths were lies. Did "Star Trek" predict the death of Princes Diana and possibly Mother Teresa as well?
The two "Star Trek" series that bracketed September 11, "Voyager" and "Enterprise," show another remarkable property: the names "Voyager, Enterprise" add up to 222, which is twice 111. As earlier indicated, "Star Trek: Voyager" went off the air 222 days before the end of the year 2001.
The latest, and badly received, "Star Trek" movie, "Star Trek: Nemesis," released in the year 2002, also shows numerical trickery. The plot is about two sets of twins, "Captain Jean-Luc Picard" and his double, "Shinzon," and the robot "Data" and his double, "B-4." One half of each pair of twins dies in the end, and the other half of each pair lives on. This to me is uncomfortably suggestive of the twin towers that died on September 11, and the twin memorial lights that shone in their place six months later, in early 2002.
The numbers come in when we add up the names of the characters in the film. The names "Jean-Luc Picard, Shinzon" add up to 222. And the names of the two alien twins, "Shinzon, B-4," add up to 111. The names of the two familiar twins, "Jean-Luc Picard, Data," add up to 143, and that is the day of the year that "Voyager" went off the air, May 23. The names "Picard, Shinzon, B-4" add up to 162, and that is the day of the year that Timothy McVeigh was executed, June 11. The names of all four of the twin characters from "Star Trek: Nemesis," "Jean-Luc Picard, Shinzon, Data, B-4," add up to 254, and that is the day of the year that September 11 was.
Does it help to know that the name "Jean-Luc" adds up to 66, and to suggest that the name "Luc" is suggestive of the name "Lucifer"?
So now "Star Trek" begins to look more than a little suspicious, in terms of what its creators knew and when they knew it. These creators are certainly into numbers. Are they into cheering on mass killings as well?
And the investigation continues.

Why do movie people put secret codes in their movies?
July 12, 2003
Mark Seely
I am discovering a pattern of movie makers putting secret codes into their movies. These codes are never discussed in public, and it has taken my own investigation to find them.
For example, in his movie "2001: A Space Odyssey," Stanley Kubrick has his characters say the words "happy" and "birthday" 10 and 13 times. Mike Nichols in his movie "Working Girl," as if in tribute to Kubrick has his characters say "happy" and "birthday" 13 and 10 times. The TV show "X-Files," which ended up being a show about the birth of a strange child, was produced by a company called "Ten Thirteen." The number sequence "10-13" is supposed to be important to the organization known as Freemasonry. What does Freemasonry have to do with Hollywood?
Ask Steven Spielberg. He hid a Freemasonic symbol in plain sight in his movie "Jurassic Park," and to this day he has apparently never admitted to it. It is the Freemasonic symbol that shows six stair steps leading up from a skull and bones to a shining glory in the sky. Spielberg, or perhaps one of his production designers, turned that symbol upside-down and transformed it into the museum doorway that is seen in the movie.
Are Hollywood people the same thing as Freemasons? Or for that matter, are prominent public jewish figures the same thing as Freemasons? Stanley Kubrick and Steven Spielberg are both jews.
What is the obsession with hiding such symbols and numbers in movies? It can not be for ticket sales. It can not be for subtext, because the symbols are never admitted to, nor are they easily found. So what is the purpose? Who are these filmmakers communicating these codes to? To each other? To other branches of their organization? Are they just having a laugh? But why is secrecy required in order to have a laugh? Have any of these men admitted publicly to putting any of these codes into their movies? Not so far as I know.
I wonder what these moviemakers would say if they were asked about these codes.
How did I find these codes? That will take some doing to explain. Why did I start looking for codes in movies? Because of one thing: September 11, 2001. That event told me that something was desperately wrong in this land, and it had to do with the kind of people who are most influential in public life, the kind of people that I have seen on TV during my entire life. The wrong people.
Here is an expanded list of some of the major codes that I have found so far.
"King Kong," 1933
-The name "King Kong" adds up to 88 alphabetically (with "A" = 1, "B" = 2, "C" = 3, etc., through "Z" = 26). The number 88 is associated with the Nazis. The movie "King Kong" came out the same year that Adolph Hitler came to power, 1933. Hitler invaded Poland and started World War II exactly 88 moon orbits to the day after he came to power.
"2001: A Space Odyssey," 1968
- The title cards introducing the three movie acts add up to 777 alphabetically.
- The title cards introducing the three musical interludes add up to 333 alphabetically.
- The total running time of the movie in seconds is equal to the number of moon orbits in a year times 666. (This is the total exhibition time, from "Overture" through "Exit Music.")
- The running time of the movie itself in seconds is equal to the number of moon phases in a year times 666. (This is from the blue and white MGM lion logo through the fade-out of the story.)
- The characters say the words "happy" or "happiest" 10 times, and the words "birthday" or "birthdays" 13 times.
- The black slab "monolith" is featured 4 times.
- The movie prominently features apes, one of whom winds up becoming "king," by learning to kill.
"Working Girl," 1988
- The characters say the word "birthday" 13 times, and the word "happy" 10 times.
- The World Trade Center is featured 4 times.
- The names of the two main characters, who fall in love, "Tess & Jack," add up to 88 alphabetically.
- The boss character lands in a helicopter, is dressed all in white, and has a broken right leg. She is carrying a huge stuffed animal gorilla ("King Kong"?).
"Jurassic Park," 1993
- The boss character lands in a helicopter, is dressed all in white, and limps on his right leg.
- A character makes a mention of the movie "King Kong."
- The Freemasonic symbol of "Skull and bones, 6 steps, and shining glory" is hidden upside-down in the doorway of the museum in the movie.
Should we support what basically amount to cultists with our dollars by going to see their shows or renting their movies? I know my answer.
And the investigation continues.

To think.. Star Treks message of peace and understanding is a message from the Devil. He seems to be intent on giving the whole game away by giving us arbitrary numerical codes!

He made the first accurate measurement of a degree of a meridian and thus arrived at the estimate of the radius of the Earth. He visited Tycho Brahe's observatory on the island of Hven, and determined its latitude and longitude.

All's I know is that Berman and Braga have got to be freemasons, illuminationaties or what not - every time there is a wormhole they can comunicate home with it's always only open for 11 minutes or something. Same as they only have 33 minutes left.
Spielberg does more symbols in his film that just jurrasic park. That latest on with leonardo decapichino had him saying in room 101. See that's how it works out...
but stanly kubrik is much more fun. Did you know that the year 2001 was made, and the actual date 2001 were 33 years apart. also, the time after Kubric made that film and the time which he died was 666 days.
Hmmm. Maybe I know too much. hmmm, maybe they should be more secret.
Besides, I'm more intested in this 9-11 stuff. you know, flight 11, into buildings that were basically a big 11. then bali on 10-12 the following year. looking forward to 11-13.

If Kubrick was attempting to warn the world about these devil worshippers, opening the movie 33 years before 2001 is a pretty Piss weak effort... I mean its so goddamned arbitrary... Unless he specifically wanted to inform delusional people ie numerologists... Maybe he is commanding the Numerologists from beyond the grave... Like a Crappy version of Scientology... No wait.. I see a pattern. Its suddenly so clear... The Numbers are saying 12345667898776655443322212334455667789997678768697895674545756746574564564564FUCK YOUSDFGHSTHSFGSHSFGSDFGGGT

You're right, i do have a certain facination with all this. And yes I'm up to date with everything in your link - quite a good deal more actually. But the question is why sit back and enjoy it when so many are out there trying to expose it.... good question.
I'm thinking....
See the thing is, the population falls into 2 main catagories - people who want to know, and people who flat out *don't* want to know.
Then you have the off shoots from there. Those who want to know will learn more and more, their knowledge will spread to others who want to know.
As for the ones who are left, well, like hard core religious people who watch discovery channel in discust because life can actually be filmed making the transition from water to land - they will find some way of mocking the film maker, feeling satisfied in their attempt, while others are not so sure. It's like Simpsons where Homer found the proof there was no God, and then Ned read it, and quickly burned it. They've been mind set into a way of thinking - unfortunately thats when you go bald and grow old.
Of my travels I can only say this.... There's really nothing wrong with satanism. But like all religions, there are the hardcore fundementalists that cause strife for others - those cock heads are the ones that give it a bad name. True satanism really has more in common with the Jedi order than the sith order, if you get my drift.
But as for America destroying it's own buildings and creating panic in order to get the powers to start bombing the 'cockroaches' or the world community, well the way things are going, it's doomed to failure. A one world government is an ambitious idea, but in reality - true democratic governments needs to be sparce and wide and varied. The way the yanks want it, it'll just be spread to thin and it'll be chao's every where, bar the captial - which will be a very vulnerable target should the world wide revolution come - which it will very soon!
So yeah, i'll just sit back and bitch about how Star Trek got destroyed in the mix...
As for exposing it... there are plans in action. Resistance is there. People are not the mindless zombies the polls will have you believe - they know.
Now... who wants to talk reptile aliens from Orion?
Posted on Jul 18, 2003, 8:26 PM from IP address 210.84.85.110
It is possible that the dates arent completely arbitrary... I mean say you want to Bomb on a certain date.. You might discuss historical events that happened on that date like Pinochet taking power in Chille.. Hence the appearence of coincidense... As for Satanists conspiracies... Well unless you count Skull and Bones as a Satanist group... and they do have links with the Bin Laden family, then its bullshit............. Our leaders are really going to have to get their shit together pretty soon, because technologys nearing the point where we can take out entire galaxies as well as our own patch so... ... If you need cheering up just remember when Germany and America were working on their nuclear programmes and both were faced with the likelihood of the chain reaction swallowing up the whole planet, it was Hitler that dropped the project.

In other words you're sitting back enjoying the manufactured drama that is Bush and company and their new world order, because you know it's manufactured by your allies, and you trust it will fall apart by the script. I understand.
Well, I'm throwing your friends' script in the garbage, along with Bush.

.... Life has a way of working out. Truth seeps through no matter what precautions are taken to with hold it. And I think Harry knowls says it best, 'it's not a secret if I don't tell any one'.
But then, the way i see it - If bush or Israel really wanted nuclear war, then why do they fuck around so - it's not like there will be anyone left to justify such an event should it come.
'War on terror' is a double meaning when you think about it... and Bush is the greatest terrorist that ever lived.

Did no one else besides me catch on to the fact that Star Trek "X" was named "Nemesis," and the so-called "Planet X," which is supposed to be the "10th planet," has also been called "Nemesis," and the Roman numeral X means 10.
So the makers of Star Trek were certainly into making reference to the "Planet X" thing with this movie. In case you didn't know, Planet X was supposed to come by and make the earth tip over on its axis about a month ago. Well, I guess it did, if the war on Iraq was what the "Planet X" thing was really referring to. Witches love to use metaphors to confuse people.
So there's another witchy, stupid thing the Star Trek people have done.

Did anyone else get Picard had a nervous breakdown because of that shinzon thing?
Remember we only found out that half the crew was leaving the enterprize at the end.. Nothing was said before that which would indicate this was their final adventure. There probably wont be another Trek movie with Picard because it would be too cruel, just the way they want it since Steward doesnt want to do anymore... But money talks and I have a feeling well see yet another adventure further pummeling Picard. He wouldnt survive another Movie. I dont particularly want to see that. To take an educated guess as to what history has in store for the captain, hell probably take an easy diplomatic job like Spock, (a deskjob wouldnt be logical given what we know about him)
before succumming-(how do you spell that?) to the 24th centurys equivalent of alzheimers disease, as we saw in All Good Things.
Anyway... I could have done without the StarWarsesqe Senate scene... and the Lord of The Ringsesque "pullingyourselfalongthespearre" scene and everyone but Picard and data being given nothing to do.. (Frakes should be pissed)but I liked this for the same reason I liked Trek 5. The character stuff..
If you want to see a neat alternate and realistic movie about Hitler Invading england, Id reccommend "It Happened here"

Besides, Did you ever think that maybe the whole tradition of making the TV shows into movies is getting to be a bad idea? I mean, TOS had something unique. Why re-make the show, when you can take that whole budget and make a big movie. Genius! It wasn't anything other than the chemestry of Kirk, Spock and McCoy - along with the diverse crew that supported them that made star trek. such a wonder and success.
Next Gen struck gold when it hit the same notes, only on a different level - but when they made the jump to films they tried to change around all the characters - and it destroyed 7 years of development... and 4 movies where they just couldn't get it right. FC was a fluke.
Now we get the interviews from Berman and Braga where they actually speak of Voyager and Enterprise being made with the hopes of going to films at they end of their run. So yes, why not just fuck all that off and make a film - not an empty idea of grand things to come, just because.
Besides, Ds9 is long overdue for a film. And the way things have gone, i honestly believe it can rescue trek the way TMP way back in the beginning.
If not - then fuck it all off and just let it die.

The art of turning TV shows into movies... You know Star Trek the Motion Picture was originally a story for Phase 2.. You do know that. So maybe it would be a good idea to just do Big Budget versions of some of the great scripts they rejected over the years for Budget or length reasons... The thing about the movies is that they have never taken things farther than the series has in dealing with issues. Theyd never touch religion for example, or any issue in the depth as was in the shows. Why not. Theres more time to delve into these things- they have up to 3 hours.. It seems like Babylon 5 has a bad nature to it-- kind of an american glorification of ego and violence. StarTrek movies are infinitely preferable to this kind of junk.. I mean if theres a market for sci fi TV films wouldnt something like Babylon 5 replace it? You know the Red Dwarf movies are starting from Scratch? Whats the point?
There's a lovely 5 minute scene in which Mongomery Clift and a girl fall in love - which Hugo Friedhofer manages to score so touchingly well... but yeah it is a bit sanitised I suppose.
Has any1 seen Napoleon? I tried to get to see it when it was shown several years ago - it's like 9 hours long. I'm thinking they'll have to make these last few Potter books along them lines - it's impossible to cut them drastically, and there's no clear clifhanger points.
And now, because I unlike some ppl like to save space - here are the words to the Voyager theme song writen by a clergyman from Birmingham:
Out of Darkness
Out of darkness into God's light,
we truely live, we always move,
strive to be and do.
Out of that light into God's love,
for ev'ryone, for old and young, and us.
Then from God's love we grow in holy peace,
perfect atonement just wonderful;
So we can never go back to what we were,
without the light, without God's love, alone.
We need to see that all our future depends,
really relies on God's own self;
So we must always look up to the light,
for there is love, God's perfect life and us.

I don't now the words. I tried to scratch it off my CD. Amazing on the cassette tape, side 1's last track ends, and then it has 3 minutes of nothing... Buuuuut, if you flick it straight after the last track, it starts on the first score track on side 2 - by passing the God aweful song. hee hee. Gotta hand it to those engineers!

Well, really it's a plan of action. An all new star Trek movie set on a ship with a totally new crew - the biggest names they can find. And all have a role and a mission and make the film about the universe and the human condistion - not space battles and evil aliens. I hate to say this, but bring in the Klingons and the Romulans. Anyone ever read the Ashes of Eden? Now that would amke a great film! Even a great Next generation film!
