Tribune Entertainment and Fireworks Entertainment are proud to announce that Robert Engels will be heading up the writing team for season three of "Gene Roddenberry's Andromeda."

Engels not only brings years of experience to the show, but also a rich tapestry of diverse programming that makes him one of television's great story-tellers. Working with Academy Award Nominee David Lynch, Bob developed one of the most influential television shows of all time, "Twin Peaks," and, with Lynch, co-wrote the movies "Twin Peaks: Fire Walk With Me," "In Heaven" and "Dream of Bovine." Before "Twin Peaks," Engels worked as a story editor on the Emmy- nominated fan-fave, "Wiseguy." He later served as Co-Executive Producer on such shows as "On The Air" and "Seaquest DSV." Bob has also created numerous shows which include "Women of Cellblock H," "Techno 3," and "Blackheart" (for Richard Donner).

Fireworks and Tribune are also pleased to announce the return of Supervising Consultants Matt Kiene and Joe Rienkemeyer, and Consultants Ashley Edward Miller and Zack Stentz.

*********************

Well, Ethlie Ann Vare had a part in several of the shows that I actually liked, so... Also, she was the only female writer on the show (unless you want to count Ashley ). I really wonder what effect this will have on the show. shrug

Shhh,

And all the shows that this guy has written for are:
1) no longer on air.
2) didn't last very long on air.
3) I didn't really care for them when they were on air.
4) and some of them I've never even heard of!

But, I guess we'll see huh?
And on a bit of a different note, when are we going to see some new epi's? Any week now would be nice.....
