Greetings to my Forum friends:

I have finished a new Ares/Hercules/Kendaa story which Kendaa has translated or redone or downloaded or whatever arcane things you computer wizards do and put it up on her site:

The story is called "The Spark" and it is a prequel to the stories later written by me. It starts before Ares met Kendaa, when the dark lord was still truly dark in spirit.

WARNING: I was thinking of putting up on this site but it is pretty "R" rated and not for the young or shy.

I hope you enjoy and if you do... I would very much appreciate your comments and thoughts on this forum or to me directly.

Greeting again... thanks so much, Kendaa, for putting up "One Day". As my medications have kicked in, I am now writing a follow up to that as we need to know what happened to poor Ares.

Thanks for your comments! My favorite part of writing is developing characters and I have enjoyed the evolution of Ares' character and Hercules though I don't write as much about him anymore.

Hello little cat!
How are you? In the roman army? I can't wait to see the movie about Alexander the Great life and conquests.
I have an entire library about him and one night, this month, I dreamed to ride all long with his army in the Persian desert, looking for someone who was running away from us all!
I woke up, the next morning, completely sore and with the feeling of sweat and sand all over myself!
That was one night!
So... no one can understand better than me your feelings!!!

...you guys did realise I wasn't having a swipe at 12 Step Programmes, right? I'd never do that - having been to Al-Anon 12 step meetings for families of alcoholics, I know how much they mean!

Oh PUUUUUUUUUUULEEEEEEEEEEEAAAAAAAAAAASSSSSSSSSSSSSEEEEEEEEEE!

That never even crossed my mind! To be honest, I've been sleeping, eating, and working... three things I was not doing a very good job of last week.

Did I tell you my DH decided to get a motorcycle? Arrrrgh! I don't like those machines. They scare me! I could tell there was no talking him out of it this time (it's been 16 years since his last one), so I finally gave in, but with concessions. I told him that 1) He would have to up his life insurance. and 2) Since he was getting a great big boost to his masculinity, I was going to have to knock him down a peg (just to keep him in check), so this winter he's getting a vasectomy. lol! I've been begging for that since Annie was 3 months old! WooHOOO!!! No more nightmares! I'll still have to stay on the pill, as I turn into SuperB!t(h without it, but the nightmares will go away!!! :D

Those things really scare me. Hope he stays safe! Ye GODS about the vasectomy though - owie!!! But what a kewl guy for having one! He gets top marks for that. So many, many guys wouldn't even countenance such a thing, preferring to leave it up to the woman alllll the time. Go D!!!!

And ta muchly about the 12 steps thingy. It's been lurking in my mind that I might have hurt/offended someone by saying that so I just thought I'd say that

Don't give him too much credit; he'd of moved a mountain to get a motorcycle!! Funny how motivated a guy can be when he's focused on getting his way... LOL!

On another note -- I made cookies today! Yuuuummmmm-O! Oatmeal, raisin, pecan cookies, with whole wheat flour. OMGosh!!!!! Can you smell 'em? :D
