Maybe your wife is more submissive. I'm not sure, but maybe she would be much more comfortable if the other lady took more control. I have a feeling that she might be very turned on if she were asked to serve the other woman's needs and desires. Especially if both of you men are turned on by it as well.

Is she submissive to you? is she very intent on pleasing? if so, maybe bring this up to her. If you like the idea, you might suggest that she do her absolute best to bring extreme pleasure to her girlfriend. Maybe suggest that you guys all formalize this by having her swear herself entirely to her lady.
