Guillermo and Pablo

I've already said that I think Pablo is a little spoiled brat, but after seeing yesterday's episode, I'm starting to see where he's coming from regarding his father. I can't disagree with Guillermo that Pablo needs to learn a lot more in the human relations department (he's definitely awful), but I also agree that his father is angry for a reason more than that ... because of his personal problems, the impotence. That anger is spilling over into his business decisions. So now I think neither of them is acting as they should in the business sense, though of course, Guillermo is the more qualified one.
One thing that Pablo should have never done is expose his father's impotence problem in anger, that has only alienated Guillermo more and now it seems that the house, though uncomfortable before, is a living hell. He did apologize, and I liked the fact that he recognized his mistake as soon as the words were out of his mouth, but it seems Guillermo is so sensitive about this issue that he doesn't want to deal with it at all, much less accept anyone's help.
And who does Pablo turn to for advice? His best friend, Iván ... who is having an affair with his mother. This thing is really a mess!
