I thought about the same think when Pablo mentioned the annulment of Catholic wedding.
As for Nacho, he's not very clever. His finger prints are all over the poster and envelope. When I saw him doing it, I thought: he should be wearing gloves. What if they take it to the police? I'm sure that if Carmela finds out that Nacho is behind it, she'll try to cover him up, but so far, she doesn't.
