In their first talk, Pablo more or less told him about his problem. But then Pablo told Guillermo that he didn't get a chance to tell him the whole story because Father Corona was in a hurry. Therefore, Pablo was going to meet him for lunch.
Well, the lunch never came. Pablo and Father Corona spoke in the church. This is when Pablo was going to tell him the whole story, and we saw that.
After turning over 45% of the shares, Pablo told Guillermo that he would meet Father Corona for lunch. They had lunch together, they said pretty much the same thing.
That's what I call recycling the script.
