Monterrey, México.- El romance rosa de Arath de la Torre y Bárbara Mori ha "inspirado" más a los regios que el atormentado, sufrido y rojo amor de Nicole Kidman y Ewan McGregor o que la candente y erótica relación de Antonio Banderas y Angelina Jolie.

Con Inspiración, la película que protagoniza la pareja de actores mexicanos, la distribuidora de Fox ha obtenido más ganancias en Monterrey que con las producciones hollywoodenses.

En tan seis semanas que lleva en la cartelera local, la cintra filmada totalmente en tierra regias ha registrado ingresos por 3 millones 217 mil 680 pesos, mientras que Moulin Rouge: Amor en Rojo, que se estrenó el pasado 24 de agosto, recaudó en siete semanas 2 millones 466 mil 194 pesos.

La película, que fue una de las producciones hollywoodenses que más dio de qué hablar en el mundo, salió de la cartelera de la Ciudad hace apenas ocho días.

Pecado Original (Original Sin), que dirige Michael Cristofer sólo aguantó seis semanas en las salas regias, tiempo en el que hizo 2 millones 63 mil 532 pesos.

Estas tres cintas son distribuidas en las salas cinematográficas del País por Fox México, pero las cantidades de ingresos sólo corresponden a lo recaudado en Monterrey.

"Realmente estamos muy sorprendidos con estos resultados, sobre todo si tomamos en cuenta que el público siempre se inclina más por las producciones extranjeras que por las nacionales", indicó Leticia Espejel, directora de Fox Monterrey.

Inspiración y Amor en Rojo, agregó, se estrenaron con 14 copias cada una mientras que Pecado Original entró con 16, lo cual las pone en las mismas circunstancias de competencia en cuanto al número de salas, pero la cinta mexicana tiene la desventaja de que su marketing fue más austero.

Indicó que la historia romántica que recrean Arath de la Torre y Bárbara Mori permanece en cartelera con ocho copias, mientras que el filme de Nicole Kidman y Ewan McGregor salió de las salas con una copia en exhibición y Pecado Original lo hizo con cuatro.

"No en todas las plazas ha tenido la misma respuesta, en algunas le ha ido mal", comentó Espejel, "en algunas ciudades del País ya terminó su temporada, pero en otras se ha mantenido como en Ciudad Juárez, Guadalajara, Mazatlán, León, Aguascalientes, Coatzacoalcos, Puebla y Culiacán, entre otras".

Agregó que sólo durante la última semana, Inspiración registró un ingreso nacional de un millón 909 mil pesos con 145 copias que se exhiben en todo el territorio de México, lo que equivale a 56 mil 701 espectadores.

"En Monterrey se han reducido el número de copias porque se enviaron a otras plazas, pero es una película que se sigue manteniendo en el interés de los espectadores", comentó.

I'm really sorry for not writing, my computer was broken. And today I got it back and rushed here to write you a message!

Amores began 2 weeks ago and I was shocked! I've ever seen a novela like this one! I like it, but... I don't like Christian in it at all! And Juan Manuel Bernal! He is so handsome!

I thought that it's more normal, but "I have to kcik her out of my company cos I like her" is soo stupid! Why don't they just say to eachother what they feel? When will they?

I'm sorry if you're disapointed. and yes, this is a very unusual job of Christian, at least this isn't an romantic story,,,well, the happyness and the love will be a little bit later,,,,,and I don't want to disappointing you more yes, in the begining of the novella, the story is very ordinary.....they changed the line of it after more like 1 month - if I remember well..

How could they do this to me? It's that Carissima! In the commercial they said Mori will be there and Bernal too! Are they stupid or are they drunk???????????????? I'm not going to watch that Carissima, cos I don't like that actress at all........

When will Juan Manuel Bernal show himself more in Amores? He's only there to kiss Mori a few times and then he goes..... Could you tell a little what happens? I have my holidays now and I won't be able to see Amores for a while.....

acabo de ver la novela por la television...creo que es importante que Uds.
saben/sepan que hoy (el miércoles, 10:15 pm) fue otro episodio sobre la otra gente, con solo la voz de Christian hablando con Gabriela..........un placer, de verdad, pero todavía no más....y su foto en los creditos. Me gustaba mucho "Tania," (Claudia Ramirez)--- y Leonardo García está tan joven, pero muy amable y con bellos ojos azules. Su padre es muuuuuuuuuuuuuy famoso.......me gusta el padre! no se veía nada de Christian en el episodio hoy, solo en los créditos, espero que
aparezca pronto! La telenovela se ve a las 9:00 hrs en Mexico, al mismo tiempo que la nueva telenovela de Carla Estrada con Mauricio Islas y Adela Noriega (spelling?).....y después de Salome con Guy Ecker y Edith Gonzalez a partir del 22 de octubre. Es interesante que Guy Ecker va estar en una novela para Televisa al mismo tiempo que Cuando séas mía, el refrito de Cafe con aroma de mujer. Así son las intrigas de los dos cadenas, TVAzteca y Televisa, como aquí en los EEUU. Vamos a ver que pasara...........
