Editorial Herreros:
Guillermo is reading Mr. Garcia's contract again while Pablo says that he'll ask the bank for a loan in order to pay Carmela back. Pablo's concern is that the bank takes a while before approving a loan, and Carmela might ask for her money before they get the loan. Guillermo tells him not to worry, above all, Carmela's father is a business man, and her father will do anything he can, wisely, to get his money back. Pablo will not stand having Carmela as a partner. Guillermo tells him that he can count on him; he'll help him out. Pablo just remembered that he has not made any hotel reservations; he doesn't have a place to stay. He starts to make a call, but Guillermo insists that he can stay with him. Guillermo also gives him a business card of the person he mentioned earlier, the best and only person who can help annul his religious marriage.
Caro goes to Consuelo's place to pick-up some of her things that she left behind. She finds Julián there, and is very happy that they're finally together. Carmela has not set a date yet for her wedding, but it might be very soon.
Pablo is on the phone with Carmela. She tells him that her lawyer will to pay him a visit soon, and it won't be divorce related. Once again, Pablo tries to reason with her that the best thing for them is to get a divorce by mutual consent. Carmela reminds him that they're also married by church.
Julián goes to see Pablo to the office to ask for a letter of recommendation. Pablo was not in the mood to talk, was very serious, cold, told him to ask Maria to type up whatever he wanted the letter to say. Julián gets up, walks towards the door and tells him that he'll tell Maria to type that he won a journalism award twice. Pablo finally cracks up, and that's the Pablo that Julián wanted to see. Pablo asks him about Caro. Julián, the spy, tells him that she's working at home now, with brand new equipment sponsored by none other than her fiancé. Julián tells him that he'd never seen Caro so happy. Pablo tells him that he'll give Julián his recommendation letter under one condition, he must do him a favor. Julián asks: are you blackmailing me? Pablo tells him yes, or did you think I was going to give it for free just because of your pretty face or new haircut. (I love their scenes!).
In Caro's house, Salvador formally asks Belinda for Caro's hand. Belinda's response is that Caro is the one who decides. Of course Caro wants to.
Arturo is outside his own house with a dog, looking and missing his home and family.
When Pablo comes to Guillermo's place, he finds Angela in the living room. Both Angela and Pablo wanted to leave immediately, thinking they were interrupting something, but Guillermo insisted on both of them staying. Guillermo introduced Angela to Pablo as his new girlfriend. Pablo had no idea they were living together, and says he'll go to a hotel. Guillermo tells him it won't be necessary, their relationship has not gotten that far yet; he can stay there. They'd like to hear Pablo's opinion about it. Angela tells him that Susana is already aware of it, and is cool about it. Pablo says that there's nothing for him to say then, he's very happy for them. He thinks that's the reason why Susana called him earlier. He goes to his room. Angela says goodbye. After she leaves, Pablo was sneaking, making sure Angela was gone before coming out to the living room. Guillermo told him he can come out now.
