Caro tells him that she must have called him because she needed help. Caro says that she (Caro) and her mom where not home the whole day; Rocío probably called home but no one was there to answer the call. Pablo knows that Rocío was home alone in Angela's apartment because Angela went out with Guillermo who knows where. Pablo says that he should've taken the call, but he didn't recognize her name. Caro can't forgive herself, not for what happened today, but from way back: when she started to change, no one paid attention. Pablo asks her not to torture herself, he knows that it must have been very painful for Rocío that she couldn't find anyone when she need help the most, but Caro should not torture herself. Caro says that Angela shouldn't have kept the truth from them, at least not from Caro. Pablo places his hand on her chin, and tells her: and you think you could've prevented this from happening. Caro doesn't know, but she could've been there for her, to help her. Again, Pablo asks her not to torture herself, it's nobody's fault. Caro stands, she says that Rocío spent her whole life trying to find her own way, but all she found was her death. She leans on Pablo, crying. He hugs her. Salvador comes out, and sees them hugging. They don't see Salvador.

Pablo asks what else did Antonio say. Salvador says that what's important right now is Rocío's funeral. Felipe says that everything must be done very quietly because for Belinda and the rest of the family, it will be very painful if this hits the paper due to the circumstances of her death. Guillermo says that Rocío was a victim. Yeah, says Felipe, but you know how journalists are, well, that's what I think, that it must be done as quiet as possible, thank you. Pablo whispers to Guillermo something like: what's wrong with this guy or where did he get off?
Consuelos' apartment:
Pilar tells Consuelo that things in her house are as usual: both of her parents fighting. As for her (Pilar), she also lost her job, and she fell in love with the wrong guy. Julián comes. He's very happy because he got his first assignment, it's drug related: a very young girl died of a drug overdose; she died in party, it was in the house of a rich person. Rich kids were invited to the party, and they're still being questioned by the police. The girls ask who's the girl. Julián doesn't know, but he has the name in his notebook. He already thought of the cover: picture of the dead girl with the headline: "Drugs kill". He works for a gossip paper, but he wants to make awareness. He doesn't have a lot of facts right now, only the following: (he starts reading it, at the end he adds.. if you want to know her name, it's Rocío.... Rocío Morales. The three of them are in shocked. They all realize at the same time that it's Caro's sister. Julián never thought it could be her. They're still thinking of the possibility that it's not really her. Julián is sure that the got the correct name because he got it from the police station and coroner's office. He didn't get to see the body because the family had already taken it, but he does have her description. He reads it, and it matches that of Rocío.
Belinda calls Elena to tell her that the funeral is tomorrow.
