Unless Doug Williams was asking for over a million bucks, this is the dumbest thing I've seen in years.
They are hiring a 61 year old retread who has been out of football for 2 years and who had a career losing record at Oregon. He did turn them around but it took 18 freaking years.
They give a token interview to DW, who has coached his team to 3 straight championships and who could be a helluva lot more effective recruiting than a old codger like Brooks.
Sheesh. No wonder people say black coaches don't get a fair shot. This is ridiculous
