a dll comes with full source code, if you think there's a backdoor inside, read the code and compile it yourself. i'm not sure how virus scanners scans dlls to detect if the backdoor is in, but i think, they will check if the dll is for mirc and if the dll accesses the registry, if both is true, it will say it contains a backdoor, although, there isn't one (i didn't find one yet)
