Hi
My name is Olivier N’Guessan, I’m the label manager of Underground Academy, a French Intenational rap label. Dany Bill my partner, one of the most famous worldwide thai-boxing champion (7 times) who decided to create this label to develop some international projets because rap is universal and we want to touch the world with our productions.
In June 2006 we will release 2 albums that we produced between Paris and New-York,
The first one is « Who Killed The Hip Hop » featuring Raekwon The Chef (Wu-Tang Clan), The Dwellas, The Cocoa Brovaz (Boot Camp), Afu-RA, F.T, Yah Supreme, Brycon & Equal, etc… And also « Who killed the hip hop ? » is an important question so we asked to a lot of artists theirs opinions (KRS 1, Akon, Blahzay Blahzay, Ogee, Tamir of The Lyricist Lounge, Cappadonna), all the tracks are produced by the French Team of Biz Street Production (Jazz E Cut and Skeezo) and their beats surprised a lot of artists.
The Second Project is « Hip Hop Lounge Vol.1 (smooth music with a big taste of real hip hop) » with a cocktail of new and rare tracks from. Cappadonna, RZA, Yah Supreme, B.Bandj, Murs, Jo Jo Pellegrino, Brycon & Equal, King Just, etc… This project will show that rap music can be listen everywhere at home with some friends, in a store… And We vanted to show that rap even with hard lyrics can be analyse in different way…
And also we produced 3 videos for this projets and the first one is the Raekwon feat. Mink « Rap Killers » directed by Biggs one of the best video director in Europe.
If u need any informations, promos, MP3, Videos, pictures album covers, feel free to get in touch with us
