1) Yes, all shots posted on both boards are from the CD, with minor tweaks on Microsoft Photo Editor for color and contrast. The shots on the CD are .pcd files which I then saved as .jpg files.
2) Near as I can tell the slides turned out great. I haven't compared them side by side to "real" slides yet, but they look very similar to the naked eye, just holding them up to the light.
3) Yeah, it's a bit expensive at $20/roll. I'll probably only do this when I feel like I might have gotten some shots worth submitting. I think I've said before it's my goal to get a picture or two into BWJ.
