Fusion reactors of B5

I was reading one of TMs last posts where he talked about how the Tech manual stated that B5s fusion reactors produced 73 googlewatts, that he believes that it is not correct. That it was to great a power out put.

Why? Not being a snot nosed little punk here, just very curious. In 200 plus years, could they not have advanced enough for fusion reactors to do this. Especially if they can keep the reaction controled.

Now I'm certain theres something I'm not seeing here...thats why I'm askin.
