There is no universal color in the B5 universe. Kosh1 and Kosh2's ships were green and red, respectively. Londo's was purple (IIRC). Delenn's flyer was blue, as was the Grey Council's ship. Earth Force 1 was white with blue highlights.
Only in Star Wars is there a "diplomatic color" for ships.
