You can use HS to flank an enemy as well.

Also They could be near a planetoid, one Omega as a diversion, the other swinging around the planetoid, or having been back their from the get go. Swing around and you may be able to flank a Sharlin...key word, MAY. LOL.

As for tracking a Nial, they can track a White Star to a small degree...

Also EAs got its butt whooped so badly during the war because they couldnt use any of their long range weaponry and couldnt really hit any of the smaller, closer,faster Minbari targets. All because they couldnt track the damn minbari due to their stealth devices. So its fair to say that the defense corporations and EF R&D have more then likely been bustin its butt to do it as well.

Besides, the damn stealth units aint gonna be active all the time.
