muchas gracias

B.U.M models admits copyright theft No3 and blames everyone else but themselves for selling stolen patents and selling sub-standard models!

Dear mr Pearson

seems that again is happened that one of your figures are been used for the Victory rusian comapnay that we use as makers, but that they dont know about becasue was mixed with the old MIR co. maker of the moulds.

we again apologize this trouble out of our hands, bevcause we CAN NOT KNOW all figures done in the world !!

as this set is under our own brand is more easy to bann, and specially because this set is still not released and just advice on PSR. (we are not so silly to show a thing that if theft !!!)

then we bann this individual fig for the set easilly as it is been packet all item individuall.

------------

anyway you can send us brochure of your product for take a look for future controls, anyway that we are told them to do new figs not coming from MIR moulds in future.

-------------

about your sculture, sytem, we dont have heads alone to fit in bodies and our scultors done it altoghether with weapons also, then is not suitable your system
specially for the heads. additionally of the conditions of costings.
anyway thks for your look on it.

------------

best regards

C-P Models has aksed B.U.M to stop selling our products without permission and furthermore advises them to stop selling the whole MIR range because it contains stolen designs!

I recommend that all modle collectors boycott these old MIR products, which do nothing to enhance B.U.M's reputation?

These sub-standard products do nothing to enhance B.U.M's reputation and can only result in other unscrupulous people copying their products without seeking B.U.M's permission?

thanks

B.U.M agrees to public apology.

START

we so kind to let me know this TMP page for send themn a message.

but again, we can not know at all )and no one knows= the existence of all the figures done in the world, and again you must realize that dont exist copyright at all for figures, tanks or planes.

no one can sure that you work will be not copied, the thinck is that a plastic maker is more easy that not been copied because their items are more widele selled, and for this a maker on lead unfortunatelly can be more unknowe copied even for reputed scultors that use poses and items from small makers.

this case is against any doubt a unfortunate affaire, but thinck that no one is use a full set of you and any part of the figure is modified, that means a no wishisng at all desire of theft at all.

about MIR product we dont believe that is a copy of anything only is happend in 3 figures !!!, and of course i will try personally that necçver happen again, but we are been copied many times in slot , even for Sclaextric -hornby and we are loose any demand.

best regards

frank
