I'm pretty sure its also in the Burntside State Forest as well. Of course, since you were on the water - you were under the jurisdiction of the State of Minnesota, which holds the beds of all swamps and overflowed lands in trust for the citizens of the State pursuant to the Act granting statehood. That is, unless the Coast Guard decides to assume control of navigation on the basis of a federally navigable waterway..... Face it, the authorities have us coming and going! Life may be a bitch, but it beats the alternative.
