It has been a while since I posted anything. Here is my trip report from this past summer. It took place in the Alaskan Arctic. We arrived in the Brooks Mountain range under threat of blizzard and paddled out of the mountains on a slowly flooding river. After spending a night in a ghost town we tracked upriver on a different river that was running 6 feet above ideal.
