I live in a suburban, eastern part of Utah, and frankly there are not that many martial arts instructors around at all, much less any in JKD. So, I am wondering if anyone knows of an online directory or something along that line that might help me locate an instructor in the eastern Utah area. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks for that useful link. Unfortunately it contains no listings for Utah(That happens alot you know)...Thanks anyway,and at least I've an incentive to keep trying.

I'm not familiar with the school or their instruction but I'll tell you how I got the info incase you're ever looking for a JKD school in another area.

I went to a search engine ( www.dogpile.com ). I clicked on Yellow Pages, then clicked on business by type, typed in martial arts, clicked on Utah under state and voila a listing of martial art schools. I got a listing of some 127 schools in Utah. You eliminate every Karate, Tae Kwon do, Kung fu school etc. Now most JKD schools do not blatantly name their schools Jeet Kune Do but use key words like "Martial Arts" , "Self-Defense" , "Fighting Academy" etc. Then you go into dogpile and type in the schools one at a time and try to find their website. Find out what they teach. I found alot of MMA schools and some Brazilian Jujitsu schools as well but that was the only school I could find that had JKD in their curriculum.
