I read in "The art of expressing the human body"
that BL used to incorporate Isometrics in his strength
training regimen. Since i've researched a bit about them on the net and many people advice agaignst them. They say that it puts too much strain on your heart and can be dangerous. It's also said that not holding your breath and breathing through the exercises is safer. Does anyone have any thoughts or experience with this?

I've never heard of this. I've been using isometrics for a while and haven't noticed anything bad about them. But I guess there is a risk you take for everything you do. I mean weightlifting is dangerous, there is a chance the bar will fall on you.
First of all, read the guys name it's furious_style mine is furious_styles.
Second of all, I dont think Naz has any place giving advice to anyone, he's a novice and should spend his time trying to
find a qualified JKD instructor, train hard and ask questions
not answer them.
dude usually it is me who likes to criticise Naz, but hey he was just being helpful. Dani made the comment mistakenly thinking it was you, why dog Naz?
JKD's level of integrity must be preserved. People who have mastered other martial arts switch to JKD to finally learn the truth, myself included. Most of the students in my class have had extensive backgrounds in other arts. This is how sought after and revered JKD is in the martial arts world. To preserve this unique characteristic of JKD the quality of it's students and instructors must maintain the high level of quality it has enjoyed since the passing of the great Bruce Lee.
Naz is trying to pass on his limited knowlgede and piss-poor technique onto others who will then claim to know JKD and perpetuate this cycle.
I will do everything I can to expose his fraudulence until he realizes he needs to stop talking and start representing JKD by actually learning it properly.
