Is training good for a fight?

No rules (except moral ones), full contact sparring: The most realistic training method for simulating a real fight.

Drills and skill training: Creates memory of technique in your muscels. Builds form, body mechanics and every quality (i.e. strength, speed, etc.).

Fitness drills: Keeps you physically healthy to continue fighting. Builds muscel for more strength.

Internal drills: Builds relaxation, form, and internal power (whether you believe in it or not).

So you tell me, will these things help you in a real fight?
