I was reading the "Philosophy of JKD" thread (mistake on my part) and I saw you mention "sumo vest" along with the other protective training equipment you use. Since I haven't fully mastered the art of discerning "serious Mike" from "pulling your leg Mike" I have to ask if this was serious? If yes does the "sumo vest" look something like this?
