Punching Bag

I was thinking about how I had no punching bag just now and an idea struck me. Instead of having to buy materials, worry about space, yada yada, you can just use your mattress. Just lean it against a wall. No frets on space beacuse it's flat, no worries about hurting hands, plus you can do uppercuts and some hooks on it(besides jabs, cross, ect.).

I stuffed a big gym bag and hung it on the wall, in my garage. It's a Wall Bag, but softer. I like practicing the Boxing Blast and Chain Punches on it. I also have a hook in the cieling and I hang the bag from a rope.

Also, I took a wide enough piece of wood to fit inside my Focus mit and screwed the long piece of wood on to my wall. It's good for working on your Straight Lead Punch, or any other straight punches. And, it's good for condition your knuckles.
