what they suggest is a good idea, but to truly reach your potential, it it smarter to work with a trainer. if you find someone who is trained sport-specific training, it would be even more affective. working out by yourself is good, dont get me wrong. i feel that it is more effective to work with a trainer though. not only do they create a program which is more affective than the one that you would make yourself, but also they make sure you are doing the excercises correctly and they push you to do more than u would do by urself. things like cleans are very easy to do incorrectly when u get fatigued. if you have any questions please dont hesistate to ask. also if i missed out on anything dont hesitate to ask about that either |
