6 Second ABS?

Ive heard that this 6 Second ABS machine will help with getting a six pack but does it work or is it too good to be true?Can anyone help?

You don't need to do any ab exercise to get a six pack.

Everyone has a six pack. The way to see it though is to do cardio and have a correct diet to get rid of the layer of fat around the mid section.

Your body fat % should be under 10 in order to see a "six pack".



Abdominal exercises only strengthen and sculpt the abs, they don't make your abs visible unless your body fat % is low.

Naz is right, however if you want to make your abs stronger then do hundreds of sit ups, crunches and leg raises. These 3 exercises build top middle and bottom abs respectively.

What you describe not only sounds sh1t but is sh1t. You will probably find a disclaimer that says "Only works alongs side other training" like sit ups. Dont be a lazy bum, sit ups garunteed to work.

I've seen the machine. It seems legit. to STRENGTHEN the abs, not at cutting out fat. Because abdominal exercises CANNOT burn fat off the mid section.

The machine is basically like a crunch but with progressive resistance throughout the whole movement. Looks pretty good for strengthening, but I prefer my hanging leg raises.

to strenthen you abs (this is after loosing the body fat naz mentioned) 100s of crunches will do alittle but not alot the key is to work you abbs from all different angles.......... dani

6 second abs. When I first saw the infomercial I was like, "How the [insert expletive] can anyone get a good ab workout in six seconds?" I was then hooked, since it appealed to the lazy bastard in me trying to find a quick fix to working out. After a few minutes I was like, "Oh six seconds per crunch on that thingy, with more crunches to follow." Click lol
