You don't need to do any ab exercise to get a six pack.
Everyone has a six pack. The way to see it though is to do cardio and have a correct diet to get rid of the layer of fat around the mid section.
Your body fat % should be under 10 in order to see a "six pack".
Abdominal exercises only strengthen and sculpt the abs, they don't make your abs visible unless your body fat % is low.
