No that's not me, I wish I can do that. I'm working on chin ups, pull ups and rope pull ups. With practice, I would like to be able to do Rafter pull-ups.
Just to let you know, the guy (Brad) doing those Rafter Pull-Ups, he straps 115 pounds around his waist and does those rafter pulls. Those pictures above are fairly old, so he has been practicing for awhile now. He still weights 145 Lbs. So he's pulling, 145+115= 260 LBS! Thats awesome!
Check out Tommy Carruther doing pull ups with 3 weighted vests on. (A little slow at downloading, be patient)
