Broken toe/Sprained ankle during Judo training. It happened in the first 30 minutes of class, but I kept training for the rest of the hour with the broken toe. After the class, I hopped on the bus and went straight to the hospital.
I've had some very nasty bruises from sparring. I once sparred against a TKD fighter. The TKD fighter was in better physical shape then I was and much quicker with his feet. My strategy was to box this kicker, because I knew I had to make him play my A-game. When he caught me out side, in his kicking range, I blocked most of his kicks with a Thai-Boxing shin block, then rushed him and start throwing the punches. Anyways, he side stepped while I was becoming gassed out from punches and he threw a HARD and fast hook type kick and I blocked it with my shin, he went to the ground instantly, with a broken foot.
I notice that a lot of people talk $hit about TKD fighters, but the guy I sparred was the real deal. He trained his body like crazy, he ate right, lifted weights. He dabbled in some Thai-boxing, but I think he still perfered TKD.
While sparring i have pulled soooo many muscles even after i stretched. I have had broken teeth before when sparring a Muay Thai fighter, and sprained my arm from being armbarred by a BJJ fighter. I also had sprained feet from kicking the wrong way.
About the TKD fighter, remember its not the art it's the person, even though the art does help out.
