Bring ME intense Ab exercises

Everything i do is getting simple and boring, as of now i am doing the plank, plance` positions, laying down leg raise, v situp. These are all getting to be easy and i hate holding them for minutes and minutes on end, so if anyone could please suggest any more intense ab exercises plz post.

Lay down all the excercise, one by one to the last, do 500 reps or 3 mins of each, raise the increments by 2. U should be up to at least 1500 reps at the end, or its up to u, if u wanna keep working on abs. I found there are about 10 or more abs exercise. I can think them all but u can do some research on your own.

Ab wheels work awesome... I havent used this one, but it's basically all the same crap. try doing 3 sets of 5 reps on the wheel and youre hurting the next day! it doesnt only work the abs, it works your tricepts, shoulders and all sorts of stability muscles. Compound exercises are the best, I think.




If you don't have a "wheel", get into position on your kitchen floor or any surface that is slippery and place a towel in front of you, place your hands on the towel and push out and pull in. This exercise may be a little more difficult then the wheel, because of the friction. Use a wheel for awhile to work on your form, then mix it up with the towel pulls.

Abs exercises are so incredibally boring. I can never do them for more than a couple of weeks before I just give up. The main workout my belly gets is from practising lots of kicks.

And yeah, my belly is fatter than it should be for a martial artist.
